2. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers of the Site and to all purchases of products (“Products”) offered by HCGS. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Site or placing orders.

3. Definitions

  • Site: all webpages and content under handcraftedgoods.studio
  • Customer / you: the natural person purchasing Products
  • Order / Contract: a purchase accepted by order confirmation
  • Content: all text, images, graphics, videos, and designs

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You may browse the Site without creating an account. Certain features may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Products & Craft

All Products are handcrafted in small batches or made to order. Variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish are inherent to handmade goods and do not constitute defects.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in RON (and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience). Prices include VAT where applicable. Duties for non‑EU destinations are borne by the Customer. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and selected providers; HCGS does not store card data.

7. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery estimates, and fees are detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds

EU customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

10. Warranty & Care

Products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing or hardware defects. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

11. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions are valid under the conditions stated at the time of issue and may be modified or withdrawn prior to order confirmation.

12. Intellectual Property

All Content is owned by or licensed to HCGS and protected by intellectual property laws.

13. Reviews & User Content

By submitting reviews or content, you grant HCGS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and informational purposes.

14. Liability & Force Majeure

HCGS shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

15. Privacy & Cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU regulations. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
