Are all your products handmade?
Yes — every piece is handcrafted from start to finish in our small studio. We cut, stitch, and paint each leather item by hand, using traditional techniques and natural materials.
Do you make custom orders?
We occasionally accept custom projects depending on our production schedule. If you’d like a personalized color or engraving, email us at hello@handcraftedgoods.studio and we’ll do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?
- Ready-to-ship items (Romania): 2–5 business days
- Made-to-order pieces (Romania): 10–20 business days
- International: varies by destination and courier

What materials do you use?
We use premium full-grain leather and durable brass or stainless steel hardware. Our pieces are made to age beautifully and gain character with use.
How do I care for my leather goods?
Keep your piece away from prolonged sunlight, moisture, and chemicals. Use a neutral leather conditioner every few months to keep it soft and protected. A quick care card is included with every order.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes — you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in original packaging. Custom/personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes — a 2-year warranty covers hardware malfunctions (zippers, buckles, rivets). It doesn’t cover normal wear, scratches, or damage caused by misuse.
Is your packaging sustainable?
We use minimal, recyclable packaging — kraft paper, natural twine, and branded cards — to protect your items without excess waste.
