For completely new designs, we begin with a discussion and simple sketch approval before production.

Custom pieces typically take 1–3 weeks to produce, depending on complexity and studio schedule.
If you have a fixed deadline, mention it upfront — I’ll tell you whether it’s realistic.

Custom work is priced based on time and complexity. If your request involves structural changes, pattern adjustments, or multiple iterations, the price will reflect the additional design + labor involved.
Production begins after confirmation and payment.

- Rush orders may be possible, but only if the studio schedule allows it.
